I’m not much of a green thumb, but when I read the attached article, I was heartened to hear that even I could keep plants in my house (that would actually live), improve the health of my home and consequently the health of my entire family.
The image to the left is a picture of a Corn plant - “Dracaena fragrans ‘Massangeana”. I have one of these in my living room - it doesn’t look quite as good as that yet
Here is a list of indoor plants that can improve the the quality of your home:
- Ficus benjamina, weeping fig
- Philodendron, sweetheart plant
- Green spider plant or variegated spider plant
- Dracaena marginata, dragon tree
- Dracaena fragrans ‘Massangeana’, corn plant
- Golden pathos
- Chinese evergreen
- Philodendron selloum
- Sansevieria, snake plant
- Spathiphyllum, peace lilly
