Regular vs Diet Soft Drinks?
I think the video clip in my previous post has certainly given readers something to think about with respect to dental health, but what about diet soft drinks? Is it just the sugar in regular soft drinks that is the culprit, meaning diet soft drinks without sugar are ok?
Sadly this isn’t the case as artificial sweeteners contained in diet soft drinks are the worst thing you could possibly allow into your body
Don’t believe me - do a search on Google for artificial sweeteners - there is an absolute plethora of information
Here is one site that is particularly informative - definitely worth the read - I’d be surprised if it didn’t have some effect on your drinking habits
So in answer to the question of Regular vs Diet Soft Drinks - the best answer is Neither, but if you feel you absolutely must, choose regular (to avoid all the horrible effects of artificial sweeteners mentioned in the article).
